Calling all Children's Librarians! I'd like your help with something. Working with libraries, I have had several children's librarians share that they often feel "in the dark," if you will, when it comes to the digital services their library provides. Most consistently, I hear this is related to a lack of content for your audiences or little to no support with marketing materials or for your children's programming, summer reading programs, etc....
In 2016, we really want to focus on your needs. Could you help me learn what would assist you most? We have been working hard to build and highlight our children's content on hoopla and now, I ask you, how best can we support you in your marketing efforts? Are there things other vendors have provided in the past that have worked well? Anything you have done internally that you would like support with in the future? Anything you have seen us (or other providers) provide for adult collections or promotions that you would like replicated for their areas? I am all ears!!
Should you have ideas to share, please leave them in the comments below, or e-mail me, Courtney Wolfe: cwolfe@midwesttapes.com. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!!
