Forgetting your password, for any account, can create a stressful scenario. Resetting your password for your hoopla account doesn't have to be stressful at all!

Our latest Video Helpdesk vignette shows users how easy it is resetting their passwords using hoopladigital.com on a web browser. Users needing to reset their password can also use their mobile browser on their device as well, or using the "forgot password?" button on our mobile app.
