Empowering the library experience through hoopla begins with you

Helping to improve the power of the library experience is a prime mission of hoopla digital. Empowering our partner libraries and their staff members with knowledge about hoopla is a critical part of this. For new partner libraries, or even  if your library has been offering hoopla for years, our library training sessions provide a great opportunity to empower your staff.

Our Implementation Coordinator, Kandice Edge does a fantastic job of covering the entire patron experience on both our mobile app, and the patron site; hoopladigital.com. These training sessions are usually about 45 minutes in length, and are always staffed by an additional hoopla staff member. This additional attendee answers your questions on-demand in our chat box. Holding your questions until the end of a presentation or raising your hand and hope the presenter sees you are things of the past.

We know our partner libraries are frequently juggling many tasks and helping patrons simultaneously, so our live training sessions are designed to be the most engaging sessions possible. The combination of presenting the entire patron experience, and live question and answers present a unique and informative way for your staff up to become familiar with hoopla.
